    This story is all too common with Joel Galanza. He is a certified CON ARTIST.

    Here are the known facts:

    1) He tricks a "licensed" contractor into using his license, pitches the business, then steals the business and the customer's money.

    2) His PIMP John Traffas, whether he knows it or not, is an accessory to the fact in any CRIMEs committed by Joel Galanza and will be held equally accountable since he is the person who procured the buyer/victim.

    3) Joel lost his license in Oregon and is now back to scamming again in San Jose.

    4) He now lives in San Jose (previously in Fremont/Union City).

    5) He previously worked with Muhammad of Plumbing Squad - who he shafted and cut out of the business and stole their lead sales person/pimp - aka John.

    6) John is still working with Joel even though he has been warned by numerous individuals that Joel has committed fraud and has cheated numerous people in California and Oregon of their money for work never performed.

    7) Complaints have been filed against Joel with the BBB.

    8) Lawsuits have been filed agains Joel and John.

    9) Complaints have been filed against Joel and John with the California State Contractor's license board.

    10) If you have recently been screwed by Joel - don't waste your time blogging - file a lawsuit and a complaint. He owns real property in California so any defaulted or losing case can be collected against by going after his home in San Jose.

    STOP THIS GUY!!!!!!
